What Musefy Does

Musefy is an AI-powered tool that helps marketers and creators produce video ads. You paste a TikTok video URL, our system analyzes the creative structure, and generates a new ad tailored to your product. To do this, we process the video you provide, your product information, and any avatar images you upload.

Information We Collect

When you use Musefy, we collect:

• Your email address and name from Google Sign-In, used solely for account authentication.
• TikTok video URLs you submit for analysis. We do not download or store the original TikTok videos on our servers — we use third-party APIs to analyze them in real time.
• Product details you enter (name, description, selling points, logo, product images). These are stored in your account so you can reuse them across projects.
• Avatar images you upload or save from AI-generated recommendations.
• Generated video outputs, which are stored on Cloudflare R2 and linked to your account.

How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate your account and maintain your session.
• To analyze TikTok videos and generate adapted ad creatives based on your product info.
• To store your products, avatars, and generated videos so you can access them later.
• To improve the quality of our AI generation pipeline (we may use anonymized, aggregated usage patterns — never your actual content).

Third-Party Services

Musefy relies on the following third-party services to function:

• Google OAuth for sign-in. Google receives your authentication request but does not have access to your Musefy data.
• AI model providers (for video analysis, image generation, video generation, voice synthesis, and music generation). We send the minimum data required for each task — for example, a scene description prompt or a product image URL. These providers process data per their own privacy policies and do not retain your data beyond the request.
• Cloudflare R2 for file storage (generated videos, uploaded images).
• Neon (PostgreSQL) for database hosting.

Data Retention

Your account data, products, avatars, and generated videos are retained as long as your account is active. If you delete a project, the associated generated video is removed from storage. If you want to delete your entire account and all associated data, contact us at the email below.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking scripts.

Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. You can also export your product and project data from the dashboard. For any privacy-related requests, email us at privacy@musefy.ai.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as Musefy evolves. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a notice in the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
