1. What Musefy Is

Musefy is a web-based tool that uses AI to help you create video advertisements. You provide a reference TikTok video and your product details, and Musefy generates a new ad creative adapted to your brand. The service is provided as-is — output quality depends on the input you provide and the capabilities of the underlying AI models.

2. Account & Access

You need a Google account to sign in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. One account per person — do not share credentials or create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Musefy to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.
  • Create misleading or deceptive advertisements that violate advertising standards in your jurisdiction.
  • Reproduce copyrighted content without proper authorization. While Musefy analyzes the structure and style of reference videos, you are responsible for ensuring your generated ads do not infringe on intellectual property rights.
  • Overload the service through automated scripting, bulk submissions, or any form of abuse.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying AI models or proprietary systems.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the product information, images, and other materials you upload to Musefy. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of generating your ads. We do not use your content for training AI models. Generated video outputs belong to you — you are free to use them commercially, subject to the acceptable use rules above.

5. Reference Videos

When you submit a TikTok URL, Musefy analyzes the video's creative structure (scene composition, pacing, text overlays, etc.) to inform the generation of a new, original ad. We do not copy, redistribute, or store the original video. The generated output is a new creative work, not a reproduction. That said, you are responsible for ensuring your use of reference material complies with applicable laws and platform terms.

6. AI-Generated Content

Videos, images, and audio produced by Musefy are generated by AI models. While we strive for high quality, we cannot guarantee that outputs will be free of artifacts, inaccuracies, or unintended content. You should review all generated content before publishing. Musefy is not liable for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated content in your marketing.

7. Service Availability

Musefy depends on multiple third-party AI services for video analysis, image generation, video generation, voice synthesis, and music generation. We do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. If a generation fails, you can retry at no additional cost. We are not liable for downtime, failed generations, or delays caused by third-party service outages.

8. Pricing & Usage Limits

Musefy currently offers a free tier with usage limits. We may introduce paid plans in the future. If pricing changes, existing users will be notified in advance. We will not retroactively charge for usage that was free at the time.

9. Termination

You can stop using Musefy at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your stored data (products, avatars, generated videos) will be deleted within 30 days unless you request earlier deletion.

10. Limitation of Liability

Musefy is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which may be zero if you are on the free plan).

11. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
